My Uncle Mike turned the big 6-0 on December 26th. We usually have a big gathering of family and friends the week before Christmas to celebrate all of the December birthdays that can get overlooked (and we have alot of December birthdays to celebrate - my dad, mom, and sister, just to name a few). This year, we surprised Mike with a roast. As always, we had fun celebrating with friends and family that we hadn't seen in awhile (a whole year since we had seen some!)
